Galaxy Ace is a trendy little Smartphone which measures around 113g and its dimension is 112.4 x 59.9 x 11.5 mm.

Operating System and Processor:

The Galaxy S 2 runs on latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and is powered with Samsung Exynos 4210 chip set with 1 GHz dual core Cortex A9 CPU and ARM Mali-400 MP GPU. While the Galaxy Ace runs on Android 2.2 Froyo and is empowered by 800MHz processor.

Storage:

The internal memory of S2 is of 16 GB, RAM of 1 GB with a microSD card for further expansion up to 32GB. Whereas the Ace has internal memory of 158 MB, RAM 280 MB and 2 GB of microSD card included, which can be further expanded with a microSD card up to 32GB.

The Galaxy S2 has 8 MP as rear and 1080p HD video recording and 2 MP as front camera including options for video calling and chat. Galaxy Ace has a 5MP camera with 240p video recording. Both the models are equipped with LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection.

Battery:

The Galaxy S 2 has battery 1650 mAh while Galaxy Ace has a battery Li-ion 1350 mAh, offering talk time up to 660 min (2G), 390 min (3G).

Connectivity:

Both the Galaxy S2 and Ace supports 3G, Bluetooth 3.0 support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. S2 also supports HDMI output, mobile hotspot capability and DLNA.

Price:

The Samsung Galaxy S2 is priced around $699 and Galaxy Ace price ranges from $450.

    – I beg to disagree. Galaxy Ace has only 280MB RAM, and of 158 MB internal storage that can be expanded with micro SD card up to 32gb.
